1. Educational Purposes Only

Evolvyn HQ provides educational training, coaching, digital tools, community access, and informational resources related to:

• Trading education
• Financial literacy
• AI education
• Business development
• Wealth-building principles

Nothing provided by Evolvyn HQ constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or guarantees of results.

2. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee:

• Trading profits
• Income
• Business success
• Account growth
• Financial outcomes

Individual results vary based on effort, discipline, market conditions, and personal circumstances.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform lawfully
• Respect community members and staff
• Maintain professionalism during calls and events
• Avoid harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior
• Not share, copy, leak, or redistribute proprietary materials

Evolvyn HQ reserves the right to remove users without refund for violations of community standards or disruptive conduct.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Evolvyn HQ is protected intellectual property, including:

• Courses
• PDFs
• Indicators
• Training systems
• Videos
• Branding
• Graphics
• Frameworks
• Community content

Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments, Renewals & Refunds

All sales of digital products are final. Evolvyn HQ does not issue refunds on memberships, coaching programs, the Inner Circle, the Premium Toolbox, Pippy, Pulse, challenges, workshops, replays or any downloadable or digital-access material. These products are delivered instantly and in full.

Automatic renewal. Memberships and the Premium Toolbox are recurring subscriptions. Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing period — monthly, every 6 months, or every 12 months, according to the plan purchased — at the price in effect on the renewal date, and will continue to renew until cancelled. Lifetime purchases do not renew.

Cancellation. To cancel, email teamevolvyn@gmail.com (memberships) or evolvyntech@gmail.com (Toolbox, Pippy, Pulse) from the address on your account at least 3 days before your renewal date. Cancellations are effective only when confirmed by us in writing. Cancelling ends future charges; it does not reverse charges already processed, and no prorated refunds are issued for the remainder of a paid term. Removing yourself from Mighty Networks, uninstalling our tools, or contacting a third-party platform does not cancel your subscription.

Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback or fraudulent dispute may result in immediate removal from all Evolvyn HQ services and communities and may be referred for collection.

6. Membership Access

Membership access may be revoked for:

• Abuse toward staff or members
• Unauthorized sharing of materials
• Disruptive behavior
• Violation of platform rules
• Fraudulent activity

7. Third-Party Platforms

Evolvyn HQ may utilize third-party platforms including but not limited to:

• Go High Level
• Mighty Networks
• Zoom
• TradingView
• Stripe
• Stan Store

We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Evolvyn HQ shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or financial decisions made based on educational content provided through our platform.

Users participate at their own risk.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
